Need to report a tagged fish? All you have to do is complete the below form.

You will be able to keep both the fish and the tag. Reward tags will be clearly marked "reward." To claim the reward, the tag must be verified by either North Dakota or South Dakota wildlife officials. If requested, information about the fish can be sent to you within a couple weeks.
